Development of Park at Sector 7/B, Surjani UC-8 Manghopir Town, KMC

Karachi Metropolitan Corporation, through its Parks and Horticulture Department, invites sealed bids for the development of a park at Sector 7/B, Surjani UC-8, Manghopir Town, KMC, for the financial year 2026-2027. All works must comply with the specifications and directions of the Engineer Incharge. Eligibility requires valid PEC registration up to December 2026, relevant specialized codes, experience in similar nature works (minimum 80% of estimated cost or two similar works of at least 50% each in the last five years), audited financials, machinery ownership, NTN and SRB certificates, and active tax status.
