Development Schemes Annual Development Program Beautification Work at Kalma Chowk and Near Shell Pump Main Gujrat Road Phalia

The Municipal Committee Phalia invites tenders for Development Schemes under the Annual Development Program 2026-27. These works are part of the Financial Year 2026-27 and have been estimated based on MRS 2nd Bi-Annual 2026 and local market rates. Items being procured: - Beautification work at Kalma Chowk Phalia (Estimated Cost Rs. 9,975,000, Earnest Money Rs. 498,750) - Beautification work Near Shell Pump Main Gujrat Road Phalia (Estimated Cost Rs. 6,820,000, Earnest Money Rs. 341,000) The tender documents must be uploaded on the Punjab E-Procurement System (EPAD) portal by 28-09-2026 at 12:00 PM and will be opened the same day at 12:30 PM in the presence of contractors or their representatives at the Hall of Municipal Committee Phalia. All procurement activities in Punjab are now conducted exclusively through the Punjab E-Procurement System. Bid security of 5% in favor of Municipal Committee Phalia is required and must be submitted via the portal. Conditional tenders will not be entertained. Legal action will be taken against contractors submitting forged documents or CDRs. Successful bidders offering rates more than 4.99% below the estimated cost must deposit additional performance security equal to the difference between the estimated cost and quoted bid amount as per Finance Department and LG&CD Department letters. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of deposited money without further notice. Contractors are bound to perform the work in accordance with PPRA rules.
