Development of Spares on Tank Exterior Hull and Turret

The Heavy Industries Taxila Advance Research Development and Innovation Center (ARDIC) in Taxila Cantt is procuring the development of spares specifically for the tank exterior hull and turret. This procurement is focused on the supply and development of specialized parts as per the design list of 62 items available for study and development at ARDIC. The scope involves manufacturing and delivering hull and turret parts over a 12-month period after contract signing, ensuring compliance with the latest design and specifications. Eligible firms must possess valid NTN certificates and meet strict eligibility criteria including registration with Sales Tax Department, audit reports for the last three financial years, attested bank statements, and must not be blacklisted or defaulter as per government records. Firms should also provide a trade link with OEM if acting as distributor or agent. Submission requires a postal order of Rs 2,000 with the technical bid and a bid security in the form of CDR, Bank Draft, or Pay Order equivalent to 2% of the quoted value, capped at Rs 0.5 million. The tender follows the Single Stage Two Envelope Method with separate technical and financial proposals. Technical bids will be opened first and only technically qualified bids will have their financial proposals opened. Bids must be submitted by 10:30 AM on 07 May 2026 at ARDIC Gate, Heavy Industries Taxila, with bid opening at 11:00 AM the same day. Late submissions will not be entertained. A practical tip for bidders is to ensure all mandatory documents including the postal order and bid security are correctly attached and that the bid validity is clearly stated for 180 days.
