Tender Description
The Sukkur Municipal Corporation is procuring comprehensive development and up-gradation works for the Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto Wellness and Recreational Park located adjacent to SICVD and opposite to SICHN in Sukkur, Sindh. This project involves extensive landscaping, construction of wellness paths, administration blocks, parking areas, lighting installations, and a RO filter plant among other civil and architectural works.
The technical scope includes earthworks, RCC construction, paving, drainage systems, electrical installations, and planting of various trees and shrubs for landscaping. The project also covers installation of playground equipment, shaded seating areas, and architectural beautification. The works require PEC-registered contractors with relevant experience in civil and landscaping works, and registration with FBR and SRB tax authorities.
The estimated cost of the project is bold PKR 225.5 million with a bid security of PKR 11.275 million or 5%. The contract duration is 24 months.
