Development and Upgradation of Khawaja Rafique Park and Installation of Irrigation System and Lights in Civil Secretariat Lahore

The Horticulture Agency Lahore invites bids from registered firms and contractors through the Punjab e-Procurement System for two major works in Lahore city. The first project involves the development and upgradation of Khawaja Rafique (Shaheed College) Park located at Main Walton Road, Darbar Wali Park Charrar Pind, Govt. High School for Boys Fateh Abad Railway Line Park, 28-Bazar Park Cantt, and Raja Park Cantt at NA-122 Lahore. The second project covers the installation of an irrigation system consisting of 3-HP and 1-HP submersible pumps along with lighting at five different sites of the Civil Secretariat Lahore. Items being procured: - Development and Upgradation of Khawaja Rafique Park and associated parks - Installation of Irrigation System (3-HP / 1-HP Submersible Pump) - Installation of Lights at 5 different sites in Civil Secretariat Lahore The first project has an estimated cost of Rs. 3,45,77,844/- with a bid security of Rs. 17,28,800/- and a completion period of 9 months. The second project has an estimated cost of Rs. 73,06,721/- with a bid security of Rs. 1,46,200/- and a completion period of 1 month. All procurement activities are to be conducted exclusively through the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP) following the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure in accordance with PPRA Rule 2014. Bidders must submit their bids electronically on the Punjab e-Procurement Portal by 06-10-2026 at 01:00 PM. The bids will be opened on the same day at 01:30 PM in the presence of the Procurement Committee at the office of the Additional Managing Director, Horticulture Agency Lahore, Gate No. 4, Jillani Park, Jail Road, Lahore. Bid security must be submitted digitally before the bid submission deadline. Conditional bids will not be entertained. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance guarantee of 10% of the contract price as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
