Development and Upgradation of Parks and Installation of Irrigation System and Lights in Lahore

The Horticulture Agency Lahore invites bids from firms and contractors registered with the E-Procurement System for development and upgradation works in Lahore. The procurement is conducted under the Punjab e-Procurement System with a Single Stage Single Envelope procedure in accordance with PPRA Rule 2014. Items being procured: - Development / Upgradation of Khawaja Rafique (Shaheed College) Park Main Walton Road, Darbar Wali Park Charrar Pind, Govt. High School for Boys Fateh Abad Railway Line Park, 28-Bazar Park Cantt, Raja Park Cantt at NA-122 Lahore - Installation of Irrigation System (3-HP / 1-HP Submersible Pump) and Lights in Civil Secretariat (05) Different Sites of Lahore The first lot involves extensive park development and upgradation at multiple prominent locations in Lahore Cantt, including parks and a government high school. The second lot covers installation of irrigation systems and lighting at five different sites within the Civil Secretariat in Lahore. Completion times are 9 months for the first lot and 1 month for the second. Bidders must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement Portal and submit their bids electronically by 06-10-2026 at 01:00 P.M. Technical and financial bids must be uploaded online. Bid security must also be submitted digitally before the deadline. The bids will be opened on the same day at 01:30 P.M. in the presence of the Procurement Committee at the office of the Additional Managing Director, Horticulture Agency Lahore, Gate No. 4, Jillani Park, Jail Road, Lahore. Eligibility requires compliance with PEC registration, FBR/ATL registration, and earnest money submission digitally. The successful bidder must provide a performance guarantee up to 10% of the contract price as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. If the tender opening date is a public holiday, the opening will be deferred to the next working day. Conditional bids will not be entertained.
