Municipal Committee Mailsi invites electronic bids from eligible contractors and firms through the Punjab e-Procurement System for various development works in Mailsi. Contractors must be duly enlisted or renewed with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for the Financial Year 2026-27 and meet all eligibility requirements as per the bidding documents. The procurement will follow the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (as amended) via the Punjab e-Procurement System. Items being procured: - Frame Work Repair of Manhole and RCC Slab, Drain and MS Grating - Frame Work Street Lights - Frame Work Panaflex - Frame Work Stationery for MC office - Providing and Fixing Manholes Safety Nets - Repair, Refixing and Painting of Kerb Stone Green Belt/Median Colony Road These works involve civil repair and maintenance including manhole repairs, RCC slab and drainage works, installation of street lights, signage through panaflex, provision of stationery items for the municipal office, safety net installation for manholes, and kerb stone painting for beautification and safety. The scope requires contractors with PEC registration and experience in similar municipal civil works. Bids must be submitted electronically on or before 8-08-2026 at 1:00 PM through the Punjab e-Procurement System. The bids will be opened the same day at 1:30 PM in the office of Municipal Committee Mailsi in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Bid security equal to 5% of the estimated cost must be submitted via Digital Bank Guarantee (e-Bank Guarantee) through SWIFT MT760 in favor of the Chief Officer, Municipal Committee Mailsi. Physical bid securities will not be accepted. It is mandatory to quote contractor’s rates against each item of DNIT/BOQ and fill the financial bid completely. Bids submitted by email, courier, post, or by hand will not be accepted. Bidders should ensure their bids remain valid for 60 days from the date of opening. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids prior to acceptance.
