Reconstruction of Fallen/Tilted Boundary Wall and RCC Retaining Wall at IESCO Regional Store Rawalpindi

The Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of civil works involving the reconstruction of fallen/tilted boundary wall and RCC retaining wall at IESCO Regional Store Rawalpindi. This project is planned under the FY 2026-27 IESCO-PMU fund with an estimated cost of Rs. 7,672,030 including PST. Items being procured: - Reconstruction of fallen/tilted boundary wall - RCC retaining wall construction The scope includes repair and maintenance of the boundary and retaining walls at the specified site to ensure structural integrity and safety. The procurement will follow the Single Stage-One Envelope procedure adopting Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in line with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and related regulations. All bidders must provide a Bid Security amount as per the tender documents in the form of Call at Deposit, Bank Guarantee, or Demand Draft.
