Dhobi Contract for Laundry Services at Shabqadar Sub Jail

Federal Constabulary Shabqadar is inviting sealed tenders from reputable and experienced contractors for the provision of dhobi (laundry) services at the Shabqadar Sub Jail. The contract will be awarded for a period of one year, with the possibility of extension up to three years based on satisfactory performance and compliance with terms and conditions. Items being procured: - Laundry (dhobi) services for inmates and staff at Shabqadar Sub Jail (1 contract, 1 year, extendable to 3 years) Interested bidders can obtain the tender form and detailed terms and conditions from the office of the Deputy Inspector General (Training), Federal Constabulary Shabqadar, during office hours on any working day. The deadline for submission of bids is 30/09/2026 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened on the same day in the presence of the bidders or their authorized representatives. Only those tenders will be considered which are complete in all respects and accompanied by the required documents. Incomplete or conditional tenders will not be entertained. A bid security of PKR 30,000 must be submitted in the form of a pay order or demand draft in favor of the department along with the tender documents. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason. No tender will be accepted after the deadline.
