The contract covers collection, transportation, storage, and safe disposal/incineration of hospital waste including human anatomical waste and non-human infectious waste at PNS Hafeez Islamabad. The service period is from 16 October 2026 to 30 June 2027. Items being procured: - Collection of hospital waste - Transportation of hospital waste - Storage of hospital waste - Safe disposal/incineration of human anatomical waste - Safe disposal/incineration of non-human infectious waste The scope requires firms capable of undertaking daily operations at the hospital site located in Sector E-8 Islamabad. Interested bidders must be registered with GST, SST, PEC, and Professional Tax authorities. Tender documents are available from Pakistan Navy Hospital PNS Hafeez Sector E-8 Islamabad before 09 October 2026. Quotations must reach the Commandant PNS Hafeez Sector E-8 Islamabad by 12 October 2026 at 10:00 AM. The tender opening will be held the same day at 10:30 AM in the presence of bidders. Tender submissions must be accompanied by a Bank Draft or Pay Order equivalent to 2% of the total bid amount as earnest money in favor of Commandant PNS Hafeez.
