Supply and Installation of Diesel Generators 15-60 KVA and 30-100 KVA for Bank Branches in Karachi and Lahore

Bank Al Habib Limited invites sealed bids for the supply and installation of diesel generators for its branches in Karachi and Lahore. This procurement is aimed at ensuring uninterrupted power supply at selected locations where backup is essential for banking operations. Items being procured: - Generators 15-60 KVA (11 units) for Plot No. 222, I.I. Chundrigar Road, Karachi - Generators 30-100 KVA (5 units) for 15 KM/G7, Multan Road, Lahore The technical scope includes the supply, installation, and commissioning of brand new diesel generators with the specified KVA ratings. Bidders must ensure that the generators meet the required technical standards and are suitable for continuous operation in a banking environment. The successful supplier will be responsible for delivery, installation, and initial testing at the designated branch locations. Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR and appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Experience in supplying and installing generators of similar capacity is required. Earnest Money equivalent to 5% of the total bid value must be submitted with the bid in the form of a Pay Order or CDR in favor of Bank Al Habib Limited. Bids without the required Earnest Money will not be considered. The deadline for submission of bids is 29 October 2026.
