Tender Description
The Metropolitan Corporation Islamabad Directorate of Municipal Administration invites Expressions of Interest (EOIs) from leading national and multinational companies, public sector enterprises, financial institutions, telecom operators, automobile manufacturers, FMCG companies, technology firms, real estate developers, and other reputable corporate organizations. The procurement is for the installation, operation, and maintenance of Digital LED Branding Screens on selected pedestrian bridges along Islamabad Expressway and Srinagar Highway under a three-year Memorandum of Understanding (MoU).
Items being procured:
- 08 Pedestrian Bridges along Islamabad Expressway
- 02 Pedestrian Bridges along Srinagar Highway
- Total: 10 Digital LED Branding Locations forming Islamabad’s VIP Corridor
The project involves setting up digital LED branding screens on these pedestrian bridges, providing a premier government and corporate digital branding opportunity. The initiative aims to establish a dedicated Government Communication Network while offering exclusive branding rights to selected corporate partners. The MoU duration is three years, with a maximum allocation of three screens per company. During routine operations, 50%-70% of display time may be used exclusively for the selected company’s branding, while the remaining display time is reserved for MCI and other government agencies. During VIP or diplomatic movements, all screens will exclusively display content provided by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, MCI, or other authorized government agencies. Third-party advertising, leasing, sublicensing, or sale of advertising time is not permitted. The selected company will bear all installation, operation, and maintenance costs.
Eligibility criteria include valid registration, sound financial standing, and demonstrated technical capability. EOIs must be submitted in hard copy before the deadline. Eligible companies will be invited to make a technical presentation before the Evaluation Committee. The last date for submission is 16 July 2026, with the technical presentation scheduled for 17 July 2026 at 2:00 PM.
This tender is issued by the Metropolitan Corporation Islamabad Directorate of Municipal Administration, located in Islamabad Capital Territory. Interested bidders should ensure their submissions comply fully with the requirements and deadlines. A practical tip for bidders is to prepare a comprehensive technical presentation highlighting previous experience with digital branding and LED screen operations, as this will be critical during evaluation.
