Supply of Digital Multi Meters and AC/DC Clamp Meters

The Gujranwala Electric Power Company Limited (GEPCO) invites electronic bids from registered and prequalified firms authorized as dealers, manufacturers, or suppliers for DISCOs, NGC, WAPDA, GENCOS, or PPMC. This procurement is for the fiscal year 2026-27 and involves supply of Digital Multi Meters and AC/DC Clamp Meters at the GEPCO Warehouse in Wazirabad, Gujranwala. Items being procured: - AC/DC True RMS Digital Clamp Multimeter (2000A) Primary Side, Quantity: 08 Nos. - AC True RMS Digital Clamp Multimeter (100A) Secondary, Quantity: 24 Nos. - Digital Multi Meter, Quantity: 23 Nos. The procurement will be conducted using the Single Stage-Two Envelope method with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with Public Procurement Rules 2004 and related regulations. Bidders must submit a bid security in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call Deposit, Bank Guarantee, or Demand Draft as specified in the bidding documents. Bid security declarations are also required where applicable. All bids must be submitted electronically via the EPADS v2.0 platform. Bidders are required to register on EPADS v2.0 before the tender opening date. Bid prices must include GST and all applicable duties and taxes. Bids must remain valid for 150 days, and bid guarantees must remain valid for 28 days beyond the bid validity period. Bidders should regularly check the EPADS website for any clarifications or updates and submit queries at least three days before the tender opening date. Only type-tested equipment from designated laboratories as per NTDC Type Test Policy 2023 will be accepted. Bids without valid test reports or incomplete documentation will be rejected. Conditional bids, late submissions, or bids without required bid guarantees will be rejected. GEPCO reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules.
