Supply of Door Termination Kits and Straight Joints for GEPCO

The Gujranwala Electric Power Company Limited (GEPCO) invites electronic bids from registered and prequalified firms authorized by DISCOs, NGC, WAPDA, GENCOS, or PPMC for the supply of Door Termination Kits and Straight Joints. The procurement is planned under the FY 2026-27 budget and delivery is required free of cost at the GEPCO Warehouse in Wazirabad. Items being procured: - I/Door Termination Kit S/C 1000 MCM (100 units) - O/Door Termination Kit S/C 1000 MCM (200 units) - I/Door Termination Kit S/C 500 MCM (100 units) - O/Door Termination Kit S/C 500 MCM (100 units) - I/Door Termination Kit 4-AWG (100 units) - O/Door Termination Kit 4-AWG (100 units) - Straight Joints 500MCM Cable (400 units) The procurement will follow the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Bidders must submit bids accompanied by a Bid Security in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call Deposit, Bank Guarantee, or Demand Draft as specified in the bidding documents. All bids must be submitted electronically via the EPADS v2.0 platform. Bidding documents and detailed specifications are available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/. Bidders must register on EPADS v2.0 before the tender opening date. Bids must remain valid for 150 days, and the Bid Guarantee must remain valid for 28 days beyond the bid validity period. The submission deadline is 120 days from the purchase order issuance date.
