Tender Description
The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) Regional Head Office Islamabad invites sealed bids from eligible firms and companies for the procurement of digital standees. This opportunity is open to entities registered with income or sales tax departments and listed on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue. The procurement branch is seeking reliable suppliers to provide digital standees that will support NADRA's operational and public engagement needs in Islamabad.

Interested bidders can download the complete bid documents from www.ppra.gov.pk or access them via the E-PAD portal. All sealed technical and financial proposals must be submitted electronically through E-PAD by 1000 hours on 25th August 2026. The bids will be opened the same day at 1030 hours in the presence of firm representatives at the NADRA RHO Islamabad Building, 30-31, Mauve Area, G-10/4, Islamabad.
The technical scope includes the supply and installation (if required) of digital standees suitable for official use. Firms must ensure their products meet NADRA's quality and operational standards. Bid security of Rs. 80,000 must be attached with the bid in the form of a Demand Draft or Pay Order in favor of NADRA NRC Disbursement Account Islamabad. The original bid security must be submitted to the procurement branch before the closing date and time.
The procurement will follow the single stage two envelope procedure, ensuring both technical and financial proposals are evaluated separately. Only firms compliant with FBR/ATL registration and the specified bid security will be considered. The competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules.
