Provision of NPU-Based Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) for Enterprise AI Use Cases

Pakistan Remote Sensing Satellite Authority (PRAL) invites electronic bids from eligible and qualified firms for the provision of NPU-based computing infrastructure and related services on an Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) basis specifically tailored for Enterprise AI workloads. This procurement is aimed at supporting advanced AI use cases requiring specialized hardware acceleration. Items being procured: - NPU-Based Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) for Enterprise AI workloads The technical scope includes providing scalable and reliable NPU computing resources accessible via cloud infrastructure, ensuring high performance for AI model training and inference. Bidders must comply with the detailed technical specifications outlined in the bidding documents. Eligibility criteria include registration with FBR and ATL, relevant experience in cloud infrastructure and AI hardware provisioning, and submission of Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) as specified in the bidding documents.
