Tender Description
This tender invites bids for the supply of Disc Insulators 80KN and 132kV Non-Ceramic Composite / Polymer Insulators for overhead transmission lines in Gujranwala under the supervision of Gujranwala Electric Power Company (GEPCO). The procurement focuses on high-quality insulators compliant with WAPDA/NTDC specifications TLMS-8A:2017 and IEC standards, ensuring durability and reliability for power transmission infrastructure.
The scope includes delivery of 30,000 Disc Insulators and 4,000 Non-Ceramic Composite Insulators to the GEPCO warehouse in Wazirabad. These materials are critical for maintaining the integrity of overhead transmission lines, requiring adherence to strict technical standards and type test certifications from designated laboratories as per NTDC Type Test Policy 2023. The site location in Gujranwala demands robust equipment capable of withstanding local environmental conditions and electrical load requirements.
Bidders must hold valid PEC registration and comply with FBR/ATL requirements for the fiscal year 2025-26. The tender mandates bid validity of 150 days and bid guarantees valid for 180 days. Submission of original bid validity and guarantee documents is compulsory before e-bid submission.
