Provision of Dispatch Riders with Motorbikes for Mail Receipt and Delivery at SSGC Karachi

Sui Southern Gas Company Limited (SSGC) Karachi invites bids for providing dispatch riders having motorbikes for receipt, delivery, and distribution of official mail and parcels across all SSGC offices within Karachi. The contract covers services at multiple locations including SSGC Head Office, Distribution West SITE, Dope Yard Store SITE, Orangi/Hub & Baldia Zonal Offices, City/Layari Zones, Main Karachi Terminal, P&C Building, KT Store, Gulistan-e-Jauhar Billing Zone, Nazimabad Billing Zonal Office, North Karachi Billing Zone, Surjani Zone, Central Billing Zone, Malir Billing Zone, Distribution East/Landhi Korangi, Defence/Clifton Billing Zonal Office, Society Billing Zonal Office, Saddar Billing Zone, and any other location within Karachi. Items being procured: - Dispatch Riders with Motorcycles - Fuel & Needful Required Accessories The service provider shall ensure availability of well-maintained and roadworthy motorcycles, sufficient petrol/oil, safety helmets with hand gloves, waterproof courier bags, smart mobile phones with internet connectivity, and uniforms for dispatch riders. Riders must have valid motorcycle licenses and be familiar with Karachi routes. The service timing is Monday to Saturday from 08:30 AM to 08:30 PM with emergency and holiday provisions. The contract period is initially one year with possible extensions on the same terms. Eligibility criteria include valid NTN, Sindh Sales Tax Certificate, trade license, bank account maintenance certificate, bank statement with minimum closing balance of PKR 500,000, income tax return for 2024-25, minimum 3 years relevant experience with government or autonomous bodies, and no litigation certificate. A fixed bid bond of PKR 50,000 is required. The contract will be awarded on a complete package basis. Bids must be submitted online on EPADS portal by 20-07-2026 at 11:00 hours. Technical and financial bids will be opened publicly at 11:30 hours the same day. Bidders should ensure all documents are signed, stamped, and submitted with the bid bond in original. Late or incomplete bids will be rejected. A practical tip for bidders: Carefully review the BOQ and ensure all rates and prices are firm and inclusive of all duties and taxes except provincial sales tax. Submit the bid bond in original before bid submission to avoid rejection. Registration on EPADS is mandatory.
