Tender Description
This tender invites bids for the disposal of fixed assets at the State Bank of Pakistan Banking Services Corporation office in Muzaffarabad, Azad Jammu & Kashmir. The department requires qualified firms to manage the removal and disposal of various office assets including carpets, furniture, electronic equipment, and other items. The scope covers the collection and lifting of these assets from the Upper Chattar location in Muzaffarabad.
The work involves careful handling and removal of fixed assets such as carpets, canteen dining tables, digital cameras, fax machines, TVs, typewriters, and photocopiers. Bidders must ensure compliance with all safety and operational standards while managing the disposal process. The site is located in Muzaffarabad, which may present logistical challenges due to its terrain and accessibility, requiring firms to have adequate resources and manpower.
Bidders must be registered with tax authorities and appear on the Active Taxpayers List of FBR. They should not be blacklisted or debarred by any government or regulatory authority including NACTA. The bid security of PKR 2,000 must be submitted in the form of a pay order or demand draft. The contract requires submission of 10% advance tax under section 236-A before lifting the assets. The bid validity period is 180 days, and all bids must comply with the Public Procurement Rules 2004 and Disposal of Public Assets Regulations 2024.
The submission deadline is set for 12th March 2026 at 11:00 AM, with bid opening at 11:30 AM on the same day at the SBP BSC Muzaffarabad office, Upper Chattar.
