Disposal of Healthy Power Transformers on As Is Where Is Basis

Peshawar Electric Supply Company (PESCO) invites electronic bids through EPADS v2.0 for the disposal of healthy power transformers on an "as is where is" basis. This procurement is managed by the Disposal Directorate of PESCO, located in Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The transformers are located at various 132-KV and 66-KV Grid Stations including Rehman Baba, Hangu, Thall, Karak, Gurguri, Band Kuri, Prova, Darban, and Daggar. The items include multiple power transformers with capacities ranging from 3 MVA to 13 MVA, all healthy and without oil, from various makes such as Eleprom Energo, Electro Puter, China, Red Koncar, Genevo Italy, LEGNANO Italy, and AEG Germany. The disposal is conducted under the Single Stage - One Envelope procedure in accordance with PPRA Rules 2004 (as amended) and the Disposal of Public Assets Regulations 2024. Eligible bidders include individuals, sole proprietorships, partnership firms, private and public limited companies, state-owned enterprises, NGOs/NPOs, and IGOs. All bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for Income Tax and Sales Tax and must appear on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL). Earnest Money or Bid Security must be submitted electronically on EPADS and the original Pay Order or Bank Draft in favor of PESCO Sale Proceeds Account must be delivered to the Manager Disposal office at PESCO HQ Peshawar before the closing date. The submission deadline is 13th July 2026 at 11:00 AM, with bid opening at 11:30 AM the same day. Manual or physical bids will not be accepted.
