Sale of Copper and Brass Ingots by Wah Industries Limited (Wah Brass Mill)

Wah Industries Limited (Wah Brass Mill) invites bids for the sale of copper and brass ingots located at Wah Cantt, Punjab. The items available for sale are divided into four lots as detailed below: Items being offered: - Lot No. 01: Copper Small Ingots (Cu: 99% min), Quantity: 25 MT - Lot No. 02: Brass Ingots GD-II (Rectangular) (Cu: 78+2%, Fe: 0.5% Max, Pb: 0.5% Max, Other impurities: 1% Max, Zn: Remainder), Quantity: 25 MT - Lot No. 03: Brass Ingots GD-II (Rectangular) (Cu: 70+1%, Fe: 0.5% Max, Pb: 0.5% Max, Other impurities: 0.5% Max, Zn: Remainder), Quantity: 25 MT - Lot No. 04: Brass Small Ingots GD-II (Cu: 75+4%, Fe: 2.0% Max, Pb: 2.0% Max, Other impurities: 1% Max, Zn: Remainder), Quantity: 25 MT Each lot has detailed specifications regarding chemical composition and ingot size. Bidders must submit a 5% advance bid money in the form of Bank Guarantee or CDR along with their bids. Only bids from well-reputed firms covering the entire quantity and complying with all terms and conditions will be entertained. The offered prices must exclude all taxes, which will be applicable as per law. Payment terms require 100% advance payment within 21 calendar days after issuance of the Letter of Acceptance (LOA). The LOA must be signed and returned within three days, failing which the deal will be cancelled and bid money forfeited. The stores can be lifted on the same day of payment and purchase order receipt, and must be collected within 30 calendar days. Collection is on an Ex-works basis arranged by the bidder.
