Bidders must participate through the E-PADS 2.0 system and submit Earnest Money/Bid Security as specified, with amounts ranging from PKR 30,000 to PKR 85,000 depending on the vehicle. The auction will be conducted online on 10th August 2026 at 11:30 AM. Eligibility requires bidders to be registered with FBR and have valid NTN/ATL status. Experience in handling government auctions or disposal of similar assets is advantageous. The Earnest Money must be submitted via bank draft, pay order, CDR, or Banker’s Cheque in favor of CEO FESCO. The remaining amount and applicable government taxes must be paid within 21 working days of issuance of the Letter of Acceptance.
