Disposal of Used Official Vehicles Toyota Corolla GLi and Toyota Vigo 4x4 D/C

Saindak Metals Limited (SML), an enterprise of the Government of Pakistan under the Ministry of Energy (Petroleum Division), invites electronic bids for the disposal of used official vehicles located at its Head Office in Quetta. Bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for Income Tax and Sales Tax where applicable, appear on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL), and hold a valid e-PADS v2.0 account. Manual or email bids will not be accepted. The auction opens on July 12, 2026, and closes on July 27, 2026, at 12:00 PM. Earnest Money in the form of a Pay Order or Bank Draft equal to 10% of the reserve price must be submitted physically to the Transport Department at SML Head Office before the auction starts, along with a scanned copy uploaded to the e-PADS platform. The vehicles are offered on an 'As Is, Where Is' basis. Bidders are encouraged to inspect the vehicles at the SML compound during office hours before bidding. The highest responsive bid will be selected automatically by the system. Payment terms require 25% of the winning bid within three working days and the remaining 75% within seven working days, failing which the Earnest Money will be forfeited. The winning bidder is responsible for all applicable taxes and must complete legal title transfer immediately after payment.
