Tender Description
Zarai Taraqiati Bank Ltd (ZTBL) is offering for disposal motorcycles stationed at its Regional Office in Multan through an electronic open auction. This procurement is specifically managed by the Procurement Department of ZTBL, located at the Head Office in Islamabad, but the assets are physically located in Multan. The disposal is conducted on an as-is-where-is basis, providing an opportunity for interested firms, companies, and individuals to participate in the auction process via the EPADS v2.0 platform.
The scope includes the sale of used motorcycles owned by ZTBL, with no additional services or maintenance involved. Bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for both Income Tax and Sales Tax and must appear on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL). While PEC registration is generally not required for this disposal, it may be requested if civil, electrical, or mechanical works are involved in future disposals. The auction will be conducted online, and manual bids will not be accepted.
The e-auction will remain open until 11:00 AM on Wednesday, June 3, 2026, with evaluation and winner selection occurring shortly after at 11:30 AM the same day. Bidders can increase their offers multiple times before the closing time, ensuring competitive bidding. The submission and participation must be done electronically through EPADS v2.0, and all relevant documents and terms are available on the platform.
Interested bidders should ensure their EPADS accounts are active and complete all registration requirements well before the closing date. A practical tip for bidders is to carefully review the terms and conditions on EPADS and prepare their earnest money or CDR as required by the platform rules to avoid disqualification. Timely submission and active participation in the bidding process are crucial to secure the highest offer and win the auction.
