Distribution of Electricity Bills E-Bids for MEPCO Circle Multan

Multan Electric Power Company Limited (MEPCO) invites electronic bids for the distribution of electricity bills for a period of two years from November 2026 to October 2028, extendable for three years subject to satisfactory performance under the jurisdiction of MEPCO Operation Circle Multan. The bidding process follows the Single Stage, Two Envelope bidding procedure as per PPRA Rules-2004. Bidders must be MEPCO/WAPDA approved contractors with experience in bill distribution. Items being procured: - Distribution of electricity bills for Mumtazabad, Mandi, Qasba Marri & Makhdoom Rasheed divisions - Distribution of electricity bills for S.R. Alam, New Multan, Manzoorabad, Gulberg & Piran Ghaib divisions The tender requires submission of a Bid Security in an acceptable form: Rs. 4,000,000 for Mumtazabad division and Rs. 5,000,000 for S.R. Bidders must register and submit bids electronically via EPADs. Manual bids are not accepted. The tender opening and submission dates are 10-November-2026 at 11:15 am and 11:30 am respectively. Income Tax Returns for the last three years and registration with FBR as active taxpayers are mandatory. Contractors must not be blacklisted by any company or department and must provide a non-judicial paper attested by an Oath Commissioner. The successful bidders will deposit a security bond or bank guarantee of Rs. 1,000,000 against each tender.
