Items being procured: - Bazar Supply of B&R items/materials for APF & APF JF-17 Tech/Domestic Areas - Repair/Maintenance of Roads at Miscellaneous Places Domestic/Tech Area (JF-17 and S&A) - Repair/Maintenance of Parking Shed at Tech Area APF PAC Kamra - Repair/Maintenance of Miscellaneous Works at Domestic/Tech Area (JF-17 and S&A) - Repair/Replacement of different B&R Works at MRO Building Tech Area APF PAC Kamra - Up-gradation of Service Roads/Streets at Domestic Area (S&A and JF-17) - Up-gradation of surrounding area near warehouse (S&A) - Up-gradation of Drain Slab at Tech Area APF - Repair/Renovation of Miscellaneous Works at Community Center APF - Up-gradation of Miscellaneous Works at MI Room APF - Provision of Miscellaneous Works at Quran Class Domestic Area APF - Provision of Tough Pavers at Domestic/Tech Area APF PAC Kamra - Renovation Works of B&R at APF Domestic/Tech Area (S&A and JF-17) - External Periodical Service of different Technical Buildings at APF Tech Area PAC - Miscellaneous B&R Works for Domestic/Technical Area APF (JF-17 and S&A) PAC Kamra - Renovation of Washroom at Tech Area APF PAC Kamra - Provision of Shed at Domestic Area APF PAC Kamra - Upgradation of Miscellaneous Works and Stores at Domestic Area APF PAC Kamra - Bazar Supply of E&M items/materials for APF & APF JF-17 Tech/Domestic Areas - Miscellaneous E&M Works for Domestic/Technical Area APF (S&A and JF-17) PAC Kamra - Provision of Street Lights for Domestic Area APF (S&A) PAC Kamra - Bazar Supply of F&S items/materials for APF (JF-17 and S&A) Tech/Domestic Areas - Provision and Repair of Miscellaneous Furniture Items for Tech & Domestic Area APF PAC Kamra - Construction of Miscellaneous Facility and Store at Domestic Area (S&A) - Up-gradation of Miscellaneous Facility and Store at Domestic Area Each work has an estimated cost of up to Rs. 4.00 Million. The scope covers supply of materials, repair, maintenance, renovation, and upgradation of civil, electrical, mechanical, and furniture items across various technical and domestic locations within APF PAC Kamra. Eligible contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and have valid FBR registration. Contractors must have relevant experience and be on the approved list of MES for similar works. Earnest money and bid security requirements will be detailed in the tender documents.
