Contractors must have relevant experience and PEC registration. Contractors enlisted with MES in category 'C' & 'D' and those not enlisted but willing to participate must deposit 2% security as demanded by the accepting officer. Tenders must be submitted by 1130 hours on 10 November 2026 and will be opened at 1200 hours on the same day at the office of CMES (Const) Muzaffarabad. Contractors may be present at the time of tender opening. The accepting officer reserves the right to accept or reject any tender as per PPRA rules.
