Procurement of 25 KVA, 50 KVA, 100 KVA & 200 KVA 11/.4 KV Distribution Transformers and Related Electrical Materials

Peshawar Electric Supply Company (PESCO) invites bids for procurement planned under FY 2026-27 for various electrical distribution materials. The procurement is specifically for the PESCO region based in Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. This tender covers multiple items essential for electrical distribution infrastructure. Items being procured: - 25 KVA, 50 KVA, 100 KVA & 200 KVA 11/.4 KV Distribution Transformers - 11 KV Distribution Hardware Material - 11 KV Steel Structures - 11 KV Insulators and Dropout/Cutout The scope includes supply of high-quality electrical transformers and associated hardware, steel structures, and insulators suitable for 11 KV distribution networks. These materials are critical for maintaining and expanding the electrical grid in the Peshawar region. Bidders must ensure compliance with technical specifications and standards as detailed in the bidding documents available on the EPADS platform. Eligible bidders should be registered with FBR and possess relevant PEC categories for electrical goods supply. Experience in supplying electrical distribution equipment to power utilities will be advantageous. Earnest Money in the form of Call Deposit Receipt or Bank Guarantee from scheduled banks in favor of CEO PESCO is mandatory. The bid submission deadline is Thursday, July 30, 2026, at 10:00 AM, with bid opening at 10:30 AM the same day. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0; manual submissions will not be accepted. The original bid security and covering letter must be delivered in sealed envelopes to Room No. 311, MM Directorate, PESCO Headquarters, Shami Road, Peshawar before the closing time.
