Ditching, Backfilling and Affiliation Works for Gas Distribution Network Rehabilitation in Larkana City

The Sui Southern Gas Company Limited (SSGC) invites bids for ditching, backfilling and affiliation works related to the rehabilitation of the gas distribution network in Mouzim Colony, Faisal Colony, Yousifabad and Ameer Shah Muhallah, Larkana City, District Larkana. This project involves rehabilitation of pipelines of 63mm, 125mm, and 180mm diameters covering a total length of 15,614 meters as per the BOQ and technical specifications. The scope includes excavation for pipeline routes, backfilling, arranging caretakers for pipe handling, stringing of pipes, cleaning trenches, repair and maintenance of underground utilities, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards. The contractor must deploy qualified safety managers and ensure all team members use PPEs and follow HSE policies. The work requires daily progress reporting and adherence to a detailed work program. Eligible bidders must hold a valid PEC Certificate Category C-5 or above with specialization CE-08, be registered with FBR and ATL, and have relevant experience in similar rehabilitation works. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS portal by 29-April-2026 at 10:00 hours, with physical bid bonds submitted to the SSGC Head Office. The bid bond amount is fixed at PKR 310,000 in the form of pay order or demand draft. Technical and financial proposals are to be submitted in separate sealed envelopes under the single stage two envelope bidding procedure.
