This tender invites bids for outsourcing the zone-wise domestic billing and recovery services for Hyderabad Water & Sewerage Corporation in Hyderabad, Sindh. The department requires a contractor to manage the entire billing cycle, from data processing to revenue collection, ensuring timely and accurate bill distribution to approximately 50,000 domestic consumers in Zone-01, Qasimabad.
