Purchase of Miscellaneous Training Aid Special ATG Upgrading, Renovation and Establishment of Gym

Composite Ordnance Depot Jaglot invites sealed quotations for the purchase of miscellaneous training aid items related to Special ATG upgrading, renovation, and establishment of a gym. This procurement is specifically for the Pakistan Army's Composite Ordnance Depot located in Jaglot, Gilgit-Baltistan. Interested firms registered with Composite Ordnance Depot Jaglot, Ordnance Depots, DGP (Army), DGDP, or other military organizations, or those willing to register, are eligible to participate. Items being procured: - Miscellaneous Training Aid Special ATG Upgrading - Renovation works - Establishment of Gym facilities The scope includes supply of brand new, unused items conforming to Army approved specifications, drawings, and samples where applicable. Suppliers must provide lab reports for offered equipment and complete supplies within stipulated periods. Warranty obligations include fault rectification or replacement within seven days and periodic maintenance free of cost during warranty. Partial deliveries or payments are not accepted. Prices must be inclusive of all government taxes and quoted in Pakistani Rupees. Pre-qualification requires valid security clearance from General Headquarters Military Intelligence Directorate, registration with military installations, and submission of various documents including CNIC copies, SECP and DGDP certificates, NTN, police verification, and tax returns. Firms not registered must undergo provisional registration for six months. Quotations must be submitted in sealed envelopes or dropped in the tender box at Composite Ordnance Depot Jaglot by 1030 hours on 5th October 2026. Technical bids for items in annexure B must be submitted separately. The tender opening will be held at 1100 hours on the same day in presence of contractors or their representatives. Late or incomplete bids will be rejected. The Chief Ordnance Officer reserves the right to reject any tender not meeting the required standards or specifications under PPRA rules 2004.
