Construction of Drinking Water Supply and Sanitation Schemes in Northern Districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa

The Public Health Engineering Division Dir Lower, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, is procuring construction works for multiple drinking water supply and sanitation schemes across northern districts of KP including Chitral Lower, Chitral Upper, Swat, Dir Upper, Dir Lower, Malakand, Buner, Shangla, Kohistan Upper, Kohistan Lower, Battagram, Mansehra, Torghar, Abbottabad, Kolai Pallas, and Haripur ADP 2025-26. This extensive project involves the construction of sanitation schemes, community-based water supply schemes, solar-based drinking water supply schemes, bore wells, gravity-based water supply schemes, and water tanks. The scope covers various union councils and villages, with estimated costs ranging from PKR 0.5 million to over PKR 26 million for individual schemes. The works include installation of water supply infrastructure, sanitation facilities, and solar-powered water systems, ensuring improved access to clean water and sanitation in remote and underserved areas. Eligible bidders must have valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) under relevant codes and categories, along with registration and renewal with the Provincial Enlistment Committee for 2025-26. Active registration with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) and an active taxpayer status are mandatory. Bidders are required to submit earnest money in the form of a call deposit receipt (CDR) as specified for each work. Bidding documents can be downloaded from the EPAD System (kp.eprocure.gov.pk) and the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa PPRA portal. The technical and financial bids must be submitted electronically through the EPAD System and physically with the original earnest money and security before 01:00 PM on 18-06-2026. The bids will be opened the same day at 1:30 PM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
