Maintenance of Water Supply and Sewerage Hayatabad including AM&R of Tube Wells Electrical, Mechanical and Civil

Peshawar Development Authority (PDA), Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites bids through EPADS for the maintenance of water supply and sewerage system at Hayatabad. The work includes Annual Maintenance and Repair (AM&R) of tube wells covering electrical, mechanical, and civil components for the financial year 2026-27. Items being procured: - Maintenance of Water Supply and Sewerage Hayatabad - AM&R of Tube Wells (Electrical, Mechanical, and Civil) at Hayatabad The technical scope covers comprehensive repair and upkeep of tube wells and associated infrastructure to ensure reliable water supply and sewerage services. The site is located in Hayatabad, Peshawar. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KP-PPRA) and have a valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) license for 2026-27 in the required category. Other mandatory registrations include Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA), Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) with active NTN status, Electric Contractor License (Class-E) issued by the Inspectorate of Electricity, Energy & Power Department, and registration with PDA/Provincial Enlistment Committee. The tender follows a single stage two envelope procedure. The bid security is 2% of the engineer's estimated cost. The non-refundable tender form fee is Rs. 7,000. Bidders must submit/upload their technical and financial bids via EPADS before the deadline. Physical submission of original bid security and additional security (if any) in sealed envelopes is required by registered post or courier to the Deputy Director office at PDA site office, Sector D-5, Phase-I Hayatabad. Hand submissions will not be accepted. The last date and time for bid submission is 29.09.2026 up to 11:00 AM, with technical bids opening at 12:00 Noon the same day. Financial bids of only technically qualified bidders will be opened later. Bidders should ensure all documents are complete, readable, and comply with the bid solicitation documents.
