Tender Description
The Communication & Works Department, 8th Buildings Division, Lahore invites bids through Punjab e-Procurement System for various supply works related to public health and electric installation in Lahore. The procurement is conducted under the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) framework via the online portal https://ep.punjab.gov.pk.

The scope includes supply and installation of materials for public health and electric works at various locations in Lahore including GOR-II, GOR-III, Chauburji Garden Estate, and Poonch House Staff Colony. Contractors must be registered with PEC for the current financial year with relevant specialization codes. Earnest money of 5% of the estimated DNIT cost must be submitted via 1-link or online bank transfer through the Punjab e-Procurement system before the bid opening date.
Bidders are advised to carefully review the tender documents available on the PPRA and Punjab e-Procurement websites. Manual bids will not be accepted. The last date for bid submission is 01.10.2026 till 11:00 AM, with bid opening at 11:30 AM on the same day. In case of holidays, the next working day will be considered.
