Construction of Drinking Water Supply and Sanitation Schemes in Northern Districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa including Swat

The Public Health Engineering Division Swat-I is inviting electronic bids from eligible government-registered pre-qualified firms specializing in pumping machinery under code CE-09. The procurement covers the construction of multiple drinking water supply and sanitation schemes across various northern districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa including Chitral Lower, Chitral Upper, Swat, Dir Upper, Dir Lower, Malakand, Buner, Shangla, Kohistan Upper, Kohistan Lower, Battagram, Mansehra, Torghar, Abbottabad, Kolal Pallas, and Haripur. The projects include water supply schemes such as Balogram, Aman Kot No.05, Dandono Qala, Faiz Abad No.3, Mamoon Khan, Landakai, Guratai Karkani, Gharai No.02, Dham, Qambar No.03, and Garasa UC Dangram Sangota. The technical scope involves comprehensive water supply and sanitation infrastructure development, requiring expertise in pumping machinery and related civil works. Firms must submit bids electronically through the official e-procurement portal. Bidders are required to provide bid security, additional security, and detailed rate analysis if the quoted rate is more than 20% below the Engineer’s estimate. Submission must include photocopies of CNIC, PEC registration certificate, renewal receipt, enlistment certificate, and active tax payer certificate from KPRA. The tender is open to firms with relevant PEC categories and valid FBR/ATL registration. Experience in similar water supply projects in the region will be advantageous.
