Procurement of Drugs and Medicine Non-Quoted Items for Sindh Institute of Child Health and Neonatology (SICHN) Sites FY 2025-26

Sindh Institute of Child Health and Neonatology (SICHN), Government of Sindh invites e-bids through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) for the procurement of Drugs and Medicine Non-Quoted Items for its hospital sites for the fiscal year 2025-26. The procurement aims to establish a rate contract for supply of various pharmaceutical items to be used across SICHN sites in Karachi. Eligible bidders must hold valid registrations with relevant tax and drug regulatory authorities and comply with all applicable regulatory requirements. Bids must be submitted online on EPADS by December 23, 2025, at 10:30 a.m. with a bid security of 2% of the estimated cost (approximately 1.8 million PKR). The bids will be opened the same day at 11:00 a.m. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted together with samples for evaluation. The contract will be awarded to the lowest evaluated bidder meeting all technical and regulatory criteria. Delivery is expected within 30 working days of purchase orders. The procurement includes a wide range of drugs and medicines with detailed specifications and quantities listed in the bidding documents.
