Supply of Dry Test Meters, Air Compressors, Welder/Fitter's Tool Kits, Tea Items, and Heat Shrink Sleeve Rolls for Sui Northern Gas Lahore

Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL), Lahore, invites sealed bids from manufacturers and suppliers for the supply of various goods under both international and local tenders. This procurement opportunity is open to all eligible bidders as per PPRA Rules, and the process will be conducted on an open competitive bidding basis. The following items are being procured: - Dry Test Meters (16 units) under Tender Enquiry No. SND-2626/26 - Air Compressor 150 Psig & 250 Psig (15 and 2 units respectively) under SND-2627/26 - Welder / Fitter's Tool Kits (240 and 2 items) under SND-2628/26 - Tea Items (5 items) under LED-055/26 - Heat Shrink Sleeve Rolls 17' HTL 800 x 100 Wide x 100 Ft Long (43 units) under LEP-010/26 The technical scope covers a range of industrial and office supplies, including specialized meters, compressors, tool kits for welders and fitters, consumable tea items, and heat shrink sleeves for pipeline applications. All items must meet the technical specifications outlined in the tender documents, which can be purchased up to a day before the opening date of each tender. International tender documents are available from PPRA's website through EPADS, while local tender documents can be obtained from SNGPL's office. Eligibility requirements include valid Sales Tax registration, Income Tax, and Professional Tax Certificates. For international tenders, a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 2,500/- is required, payable via Pay Order or Demand Draft in favor of SNGPL. Bid Security is set at 2% (excluding GST) of the estimated value as mentioned in the tender documents. Bids must be submitted by 1430 hours on the respective closing dates, and will be opened publicly at 1500 hours at Gas House, 21-Kashmir Road, Lahore. For local tenders, bids must be submitted on EPADS as well as in hard copy.
