Yearly internet service and subscriptions to Pakistanlawsite and PLJ Online are also included. The supplier must ensure quality cabling, setup, and a minimum one-year warranty on all equipment. The project requires delivery and installation within 30 days from purchase order issuance. Bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities, hold an active taxpayer status on the FBR ATL, and comply with the 2025-26 fiscal year requirements. PEC registration is advised for technical credibility. Earnest Money of PKR 48,000 in the form of a bank draft or pay order is mandatory.
