Establishment of E-Library at Daulatpur Court Shaheed Benazir Abad

The District and Sessions Court Shaheed Benazir Abad is procuring a complete E-Library setup for Daulatpur Court located in Shaheed Benazir Abad, Sindh. This procurement includes supply, installation, and commissioning of hardware, software, and furniture to establish a modern digital library environment. The technical scope covers high-end desktop systems featuring Intel Core i5 14th Generation processors with 16 GB DDR4 RAM and 512 GB SSD, 24-inch LED monitors from Dell or HP, Logitech Conference Cam BCC950, and headphones. Additionally, an HP LaserJet All-in-One printer, TP-Link dual-band Wi-Fi 6 supported router, ergonomic wooden tables with acrylic sheets, mid-back revolving chairs, a 50-inch Smart 4K UHD LCD TV, yearly internet service, and law site subscriptions are included. Miscellaneous items such as cabling and setup accessories are also part of the package. Eligible bidders must be registered contractors, manufacturers, authorized distributors, or experienced service providers with a minimum annual turnover of PKR 1 million over the last three fiscal years. They must be on the Active Taxpayer List of FBR, registered under the Sales Tax Act with NTN, GST, and Vendor Number. Experience of at least two similar contracts is mandatory. Earnest Money of PKR 25,000 in the form of Bank Draft or Pay Order is required.
