Tender Description
The District and Sessions Court, Shaheed Benazir Abad invites bids for the supply and installation of a complete E-Library setup at Sakrand Additional Sessions Court. This procurement includes high-performance desktop systems with Intel Core i5 14th generation processors, 16 GB DDR4 RAM, 512 GB SSD storage, and 24-inch LED monitors from reputed brands like Dell or HP. The package also covers HP LaserJet All-in-One printers, TP-Link dual-band Wi-Fi 6 routers, ergonomic wooden tables with acrylic sheets, mid-back revolving chairs, a 50-inch Smart 4K UHD LCD display, and yearly internet plus law site subscriptions. The setup will be installed and commissioned at the District Court Complex in Shaheed Benazir Abad, ensuring seamless integration of hardware and software components.
Bidders must be registered contractors, manufacturers, authorized distributors, or experienced service providers with a proven track record of similar contracts. The tender requires compliance with the Sindh Public Procurement Rules 2010 (Amended 2022) under the Single Stage β Two Envelope Procedure. The technical bid will be evaluated first, followed by the financial bid of technically qualified bidders. The successful bidder must provide a 2% performance guarantee and a one-year warranty on all hardware and installation services. Delivery and installation must be completed within 30 days of purchase order issuance.
Ensure your firm is registered with the Federal Board of Revenue, active on the ATL, and holds valid NTN, GST, and vendor numbers. PEC registration is advised for smooth processing, and all bidders should prepare their bids inclusive of all applicable taxes. Earnest Money of PKR 25,000 in the form of a bank draft or pay order is mandatory. The bid validity period is 90 days from the date of bid opening.
The submission deadline is set for 15th April 2026 at 10:40 AM, with technical bids opening at 11:10 AM the same day via the SPPRA e-Procurement (ePAD) portal. Bidders must upload their bids electronically and submit the original bid security instrument to the Procuring Agency before bid opening.
