Establishment of E-Library at Daur Court Shaheed Benazir Abad

The District and Sessions Court Shaheed Benazir Abad is procuring a complete E-Library setup for its Daur Court located in Shaheed Benazir Abad, Sindh. This procurement includes supply, installation, and commissioning of hardware, software, and furniture to establish a modern digital library environment. The technical scope covers high-end desktop systems featuring Intel Core i5 14th Generation processors with 16 GB DDR4 RAM and 512 GB SSD, 24-inch LED monitors from Dell or HP, Logitech Conference Cam BCC950, and headphones. It also includes an HP LaserJet All-in-One printer, a TP-Link dual-band Wi-Fi 6 router, ergonomic wooden tables with acrylic sheets and mid-back revolving chairs, a 50-inch Smart 4K UHD LCD TV, yearly internet service, law site subscriptions, and miscellaneous cabling and setup accessories. All equipment carries a minimum one-year warranty with on-site technical support. Eligible bidders must be registered contractors, manufacturers, authorized distributors, or experienced service providers with valid FBR ATL status, NTN, GST, and Vendor Number. They should have completed at least two similar contracts and possess qualified technical staff. A minimum annual turnover of PKR 1 million over the last three financial years is required. Earnest Money of PKR 25,000 in the form of Bank Draft or Pay Order is mandatory.
