Tender Description
This tender invites bids for the establishment of an E-Library at the Taluka Court Pithoro, Umerkot, under the District and Sessions Court, Umerkot. The procurement covers IT and office equipment along with furniture, including desktops, printers, networking devices, smart TV, and related subscriptions.
The scope includes supply, installation, and commissioning of hardware and software setup at the Taluka Court Pithoro. The site is located within the Judicial Complex on King Akbar Road, Umerkot. The project demands quality equipment such as Intel Core i5 14th Gen desktops, HP LaserJet all-in-one printer, TP-Link router, ergonomic furniture, and a 50-inch smart 4K UHD TV. Internet and law site subscriptions for one year are also included. The installation and setup must be completed within 30 days of purchase order issuance.
Bidders must be registered contractors or suppliers with a minimum annual turnover of PKR 10 million over the last three fiscal years. They must be on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of FBR and registered under the Sales Tax Act with valid NTN and vendor numbers. Compliance with PEC categories is advised, and bidders should ensure their tax and registration documents are up to date for the financial year 2025-26.
The submission deadline is set for 10:00 AM on 26 March 2026, with bid opening at 10:30 AM the same day. Bids must be submitted electronically via the SPPRA e-Procurement (ePAD) system and physically delivered to the office of the Senior Civil Judge/Assistant Sessions Judge-II, Umerkot, at the Judicial Complex. Earnest money of PKR 25,000 in the form of bank draft or pay order is mandatory.
