Electrical and Miscellaneous Maintenance Works at Military Engineer Services Kashmore Sui

The Military Engineer Services (MES) invites qualified contractors to submit bids for electrical and miscellaneous maintenance works at Kashmore and Sui. The scope includes replacement of electrical VCB for the substation at MCSB Sui, transformer B&R for minor maintenance at Site A and Site B at MCSB Sui, transformer and distribution board repairs at Kashmore and Sui, as well as other miscellaneous contracts. These works are critical for maintaining operational efficiency and safety at the sites. Contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and have relevant experience in similar electrical and civil maintenance works. Valid registration certificates from the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), Active Taxpayers List (ATL), and other government departments are mandatory. Firms suspended or blacklisted by MES or other government entities will not be considered. Earnest Money in the form of a CDR equal to 2% of the estimated bid cost is required, payable to the GE (Army) Kashmore. The CDR must be duly pledged and refundable if the contract is not secured. The tender closing date is set for 25 June 2026, with bids to be received by 11:30 AM and opened at 12:00 PM on the same day. Interested bidders should submit their technical and financial bids in separate envelopes to the Garrison Engineer (Army) office at Kashmore/Sui. Detailed specifications, drawings, and un-priced abstracts of bills of quantities can be obtained free of charge during working hours from the GE office. A practical tip for bidders is to ensure all required documentation, including proof of no litigation and valid registration certificates, is complete and submitted on time. Late or incomplete bids will be rejected. Familiarity with MES tender procedures and timely submission can significantly improve chances of success.
