Tender Description
This tender invites contractors to undertake multiple specialized works at PAF Base Bholari, Sindh, issued by the Military Engineer Services. The scope covers internal electrical and water supply installations, bazar supply materials, various non-residential construction works, and furniture repair and replacement. These works are critical for maintaining operational infrastructure at the base, ensuring reliable power and water supply, and upgrading facilities.
The projects involve technical challenges such as managing electrical and plumbing systems within an active military environment, requiring adherence to strict safety and quality standards. The construction and repair works demand skilled manpower and quality materials to meet the base's operational needs. The site location in Bholari necessitates logistical planning for timely delivery of materials and coordination with base authorities.
Contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and hold valid ATL status with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for the fiscal year 2025-26. Only firms with proven experience in similar works and listed on the approved MES contractor list in categories A to D are eligible. Compliance with PEC categories and submission of Earnest Money in the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) is mandatory.
The submission deadline is set for 19 March 2026 at 11:30 AM, with tender opening at 12:00 PM on the same day. Tender documents can be collected from the office of GE (Air) Bholari between 08:00 and 14:20 hours on working days. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes to the accepting officer at the specified address.
