Supply of Distribution Boards, Power Cables, LED Lights and Ceiling Fans for Renovation of Ground Floor, SBP Head Office Karachi

The SBP Banking Services Corporation (BSC) invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the supply of Distribution Boards, Power Cables, LED lights, and Ceiling Fans for the renovation of the Ground Floor at the SBP Head Office Karachi. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 using the Single Stage Two Envelope method with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Items being procured: - Supply of Electric Distribution Panels including MDB-1, SMDB-1, SMDB-2, SMDB-3, SMDB-4 with detailed MCCB and MCB configurations - Supply of various cables including 1-C 120 sq.mm Al/XLPE/PVC, 1-C 50 sq.mm Al/PVC, 1-C 35 sq.mm Cu/PVC, 1-C 25 sq.mm Cu/PVC, 1-C 16 sq.mm Cu/PVC, 1-C 10 sq.mm Cu/PVC, and copper stranded wires of 2.5 and 1.5 sq.mm - Supply of 12 inch x 6 inch perforated MS cable trays - Supply of PVC conduits and accessories including junction boxes, elbows, sockets, screws, wooden gitti, and saddles - Supply of insulation tape, PVC connector strips, and cable lugs of various sizes - Supply of LED panel lights (1x4 ft, 35-45W), LED batten lights (4ft, 40-50W), emergency exit lights with battery backup - Supply of 56-inch DC inverter ceiling fans with remote controls and MS hooks with expansion bolts The technical scope includes supplying factory-assembled, powder-coated distribution boards with specified MCCB and MCB components, cables compliant with IEC and BS standards, LED lighting fixtures meeting international standards with flicker-free performance, and DC inverter ceiling fans with rust-resistant finishes. All equipment must comply with relevant IEC, BS, and local standards and be installed as per manufacturer instructions and engineering requirements. Eligibility criteria require bidders to have PEC relevant category registration, FBR active taxpayer status, and experience with at least two contracts of Rs. 3 million or above in electrical supplies over the last five years. Bid security and performance guarantees are mandatory as per bidding documents.
