Items being procured: - Electromagnetic (EM) Security Strips (Tattle-Tape) for Library Articles and Books, quantity 2000 per lot These security strips are thin, flexible electromagnetic strips compatible with standard EM-based library security detection systems. They are made from amorphous ferromagnetic alloy enclosed in a protective adhesive-backed casing, ensuring durability, resistance to environmental factors, and tamper resistance. The strips support multiple activations and deactivations without degradation, provide reliable detection at exit gates, and do not trigger false alarms when properly deactivated. The adhesive backing is strong and permanent, suitable for paper and plastic surfaces without causing visible damage or residue. The strips have a long operational life of 5 to 10 years and come with a minimum 3-month replacement warranty against manufacturing defects. Bidders must be Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) or authorized agents, have supplied similar equipment to at least three verifiable organizations in the last five years, and have an annual turnover of at least PKR 2 million in any of the last five years. Registration with the Income and Sales Tax Department and appearance on the Active Taxpayer List of FBR is mandatory. Bidders must not be blacklisted or in breach of performance with SBP or any other organization.
