Procurement of Cost of Other Store and Feed Items by Sindh Institute of Animal Health Karachi

The Sindh Institute of Animal Health, Karachi, under the Livestock & Fisheries Department Government of Sindh, invites sealed bids for the procurement of a comprehensive range of goods including poultry feed, laboratory supplies, office and classroom furniture, electrical and HVAC equipment, medical disposables, and security systems. The technical scope covers supply of new, unused, and latest model goods conforming to specified standards. The site of delivery and use is Karachi at the Sindh Institute of Animal Health. Eligibility criteria include valid FBR registration, tax certificates, minimum five years of relevant experience, financial soundness with minimum turnover equal to or above the estimated contract value, and compliance with technical specifications. Earnest money of Rs. 3,907,000 in the form of bank guarantee or demand draft is required. Bids will be opened at 02:30 PM on the same day in the presence of bidders' representatives. The procurement will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure.
