Tender Description
The District Police Officer Chakwal invites sealed tenders for the financial year 2026-2027 under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. The procurement is for various goods and services including electronic communication items, stationery, plant and machinery, and repair and renovation works for police assets in Chakwal.

- Frame work contract for purchase of Stationery / Computer Stationery Items
- Frame work contract for purchase of dietary items/provision of meal for Muharram duties and other emergency situations
- Frame work contract for purchase of all items Other Store (HSD & Boxes, Road Safety Items, Security Items, Ordinance Store Items and Cost of Other Store Items) Hot & Cold etc
- Frame work contract for purchase of Plant & Machinery/ IT Equipment / Physical Assets
- Frame work contract for Repair of Machinery & equipment
- Frame work contract for Purchase / Repair of Office Furniture
- Frame work contract for Repair / Renovation of Police Buildings
- Frame work contract for Repair of Police Vehicles, Purchase of Tyres & Tubes, Batteries, Spare parts, Filters, Mobile Oil/ Lubricants etc.
The scope covers supply and repair of essential items and services to support police operations. Bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments and Punjab Revenue Authority. Earnest money of 2% is required for each lot. Technical and financial bids will be opened on 31st August 2026 at 11:00 AM in the presence of procurement committee.
Tender documents are available on the E-procurement Software and PPRA website. Interested firms must submit bids through the E-procurement Software system on or before 27th August 2026 at 10:00 AM.
Bidders are advised to carefully review the tender documents and ensure compliance with all government taxes, duties, and statutory obligations. One practical tip is to prepare the Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) in the form of a Pay Order or CDR as specified, to avoid disqualification at the technical evaluation stage.
