Tender Description
The Military Engineer Services office at PAF Base Rafiqui Shorkot Cantt is procuring emergency facilities and works under PPRA Rule 42 (c) (4). This tender covers a wide range of construction and civil works required urgently at the PAF Base Rafiqui, located in Shorkot Cantt, Punjab. The scope includes provision of various facilities essential for operational readiness and infrastructure support at the base.
The technical scope involves multiple packages of works, each valued between approximately PKR 800,000 to PKR 4,000,000, focusing on civil and structural improvements. Contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and hold a valid registration certificate. Only contractors enlisted in MES categories E and above with relevant experience are eligible. Those not enlisted must provide a Defence Saving Certificate as security. Firms must also be registered with FBR and appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL).
Tender submissions must be complete with all required documents, including technical and financial bids, and must be received by 11 May 2026 at 1150 hours. The opening of bids will occur the same day at 1230 hours. Interested bidders can contact the GE (Air) Rafiqui office between 0800 to 1500 hours on working days for further details. Earnest Money in the form of CDR or Defence Saving Certificate is mandatory.
