The College Education Works Division Karachi invites tenders under Single stage-Two Envelope procedure through print media and the EPAD portal of SPPRA from eligible contractors/firms/parties with relevant experience and valid registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant field and appropriate category, ATL of FBR, and SRB. The procurement is for the rehabilitation and provision of missing facilities in existing colleges in Karachi South and Karachi Region. Degree Girls College Karachi The scope includes rehabilitation and provision of missing facilities at multiple government colleges across Karachi South and Karachi Region. The works require contractors with PEC registration in categories C-5 or C-6 or above, and ATL and FBR registration. Earnest money and tender fees are specified for each lot. Bidding documents with mandatory and eligibility criteria can be downloaded from the SPPRA website (http://portalsindh.epprocure.gov.pk) from the date of publication until the closing date. The tender fee of Rs. 5,000/- in the form of Pay Order in favor of Executive Engineer, College Education Works Division Karachi must be attached with technical documents uploaded to the EPAD portal. Bids must be submitted through the E-PAD system before 13-10-2026 at 11:00 AM along with the bid security of fixed amount and a call deposit/pay order/demand draft/bank guarantee issued by a scheduled bank in favor of Executive Engineer, College Education Works Division Karachi. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM at the office of the Executive Engineer, College Education Works Division Karachi, located at Plot # 95, Depot Lines, Behind Coast Guard Headquarter Karachi. The original tender fee, bid security, and e-stamping affidavits must be submitted in a sealed envelope either by hand or through registered mail before the opening of bids. If tenders are not responded to by the above date, the next date of uploading/submitting will be 27-10-2026 at 11:00 AM with opening at 11:30 AM. Bid validity period is 90 days.
